Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
  • Promote travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance the customer’s journey.
  • Handle flight, hotel, and car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer personalized destination recommendations, travel tips, and guidance on visa requirements, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related challenges, demonstrating empathy and commitment to customer well-being.

Requirements

  • Edu: SHS grad / College Grad / College Undergrad (4 semesters with no back subject)
  • Exp: Minimum 6 Months of BPO Experience
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English communication skills
