CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER:
Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Engineer is responsible in fostering customer confidence in the company’s ability to meet their requirements with efficiency, effectiveness and dispatch in order to achieve customer satisfaction in all aspects that is important to the customer.
DEMAND AND MATERIAL PLANNER:
Demand Management – Receives forecast from the customers. Analyzes changes in demand and highlights increase and decrease in forecast and sales orders.
Validates system generated material requisitions (PR/PO and/or VSPO) and ensures that the demand is covered by Purchase Orders, taking into consideration alternatives, excess order and Engineering Changes.
Prepares and analyze the customer material claims (ie. aging, excess and obsolete, no demand, dead stock).
