Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of various activities, including but not limited to activity initiation, program development, resource coordination, execution, and result review, with accountability for ROI during the activity period;

2. Based on user needs and traffic conditions, identify effective marketing strategies for activities, manage the creativity and communication quality of activities, and expand the impact of activities; plan and execute various online and offline marketing activities targeting different user groups, such as airdrop events, trading competitions, community activities, etc.;

3. Actively integrate high-quality internal and external resources, align objectives with collaborating departments, and efficiently implement and execute established activity strategies;

4. Effectively develop and allocate budgets, track activity performance, and manage budget consumption; emphasize review and summary to establish methodologies.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in operating large-scale platform activities (e-commerce platforms/trading platforms);

2. Familiarity with cryptocurrency market trends, trading rules, user needs, and industry practices is preferred;

3. High data sensitivity with strong data analysis skills, capable of independently conducting data analysis to uncover user needs and marketing scenarios;

4. Experience in managing large projects, able to efficiently integrate internal and external resources, and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve goals;

5. Excellent event planning skills, able to independently plan and execute various types of marketing activities;

6. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and communication skills, high self-motivation, and a spirit of teamwork.
