- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs

- Maintain HR records and prepare reports

Requirements
- Not more than 35 years old
- Graduate of related course
- Current resident of Metro Manila
- At least 2 years experience w/ HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training, labor laws)
- Proficient with conflict resolution and performance management
