Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily accounting tasks, including preparation of vouchers, accounting processing, and compilation of financial statements;

2. Review original vouchers to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of accounts;

3. Assist in tax declaration and management, ensuring timely completion of tax declarations and annual inspections;

4. Participate in the preparation of the company budget, execution tracking, and variance analysis;

5. Manage accounts receivable and payable, conduct regular reconciliations to ensure smooth cash flow;

6. Assist in conducting internal audits and improving the company's financial internal control processes;

7. Handle other finance-related tasks to support the department's daily operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

2. 3-5 years of work experience in financial accounting, with preference given to candidates who have experience in medium-sized enterprises or larger.

3. Proficient in financial software operations, skilled in using office software (Excel, Word, etc.), with strong data analysis and processing abilities, capable of performing complex financial calculations and report generation using Excel.

4. Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations, skilled in financial software (such as SAP, Kingdee, Yonyou, etc.);

5. Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; preference for those who can read English financial documents;

6. Strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities, with meticulous work habits and a strong sense of responsibility;

Possession of an accounting qualification certificate, with preference for those holding junior accounting titles or having passed parts of the CPA exam.
