• Educational Qualifications: undergraduate or graduate
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, HRIS, and payroll; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee files, and support employee relations initiatives.
