Handle the branch recruitment end-to-end process and ensure the branch’s manpower requirements fulfillment.
Conduct efficient orientation and induction of new hires of the branch.
Maintain the company’s mandated confidential records and non-biasness to all employed in the branch.
Monitor employees under the probationary period.
Manage the end-to-end process of employees promoted to regular employment status.
Perform efficient timekeeping monitoring and payroll reporting of the branch.
Monitor and fulfill the branch employee’s compensation and benefits’ payments, claims, and inquiries.
Facilitate the biannual Performance Management System Employee Evaluation/Appraisal efficiently.
Conduct efficient facilitation of Employee Discipline and Relations.
Handle Labor Relations efficiently.
Complete and update the branch quality assurance process and documentation.
Conduct enrollment and disablement of new hires and separating employees in the company’s Human Resource Information System.
Maintain the branch 201 Files of the employees efficiently.
Facilitate exiting employee employment clearance and exit interviews.
Maintain and facilitate all human resource documents and manuals.
Participate in and submit manpower reviews of the branch.
Monitor and report untoward behavior of promodisers and security personnel.
Collaborate, attend, and participate in human resource processes of other branches and the warehouse.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of HRDM, Pscyhology or the likes
Proven experience in general HR, specifically in Performance Management, Employee relations, Recruitment
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Willing to do field work
Amenable to work in San Pablo Laguna
