Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning and carpet cleaning, strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform cleaning duties, maintain cleanliness, assist with customer inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Requires standing, bending, and lifting in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a positive attitude.
