The District Manager is responsible in giving directions to the sales team in order to achieve sales targets. One of the main responsibilities is to analyse the business in each of the assigned territories and identify business opportunities and drivers for growth.

This role is essential in sales monitoring and Sales Force Efficiency to assure realization of revenues.

• Driving the business Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.
• Ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.
• Implementation and monitoring of SFE metrics of the district
• Assuring Marketing programs as implemented by sales team accurately and timely.
• Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
• Leads the team in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned area.
• Prepares Business Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress.
• Maintains and secures company assets assigned or issued.
• Submits required reports on time.

• Requires 3 to 5 years of job-related training and experience.
• Preferably exposure and franchise with Neurologists and Neurosurgeons
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and coaching
• Well verse with territory management, quota setting, forecasting territory configuration.
