Who You’ll Be Working With

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll Be Responsible For The Following

Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and best practices for risk management, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Leading the development of the IT strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals, objectives, and technological needs.
Ensuring IT compliance with industry regulations, standards (such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and internal policies.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of IT professionals responsible for controls, compliance, and strategy development.
Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to IT governance, risk management, and strategic outcomes.

We’re Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience 8+ years in IT governance, IT security, risk management, and compliance.
Strong understanding of IT frameworks, governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and industry best practices.
Experience with IT audit, regulatory compliance (e.g., BSP, ISO, AMLA, PCIDSS, etc), and risk management processes.
Experience in managing large-scale IT transformation or modernization projects.
Knowledge of emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning, and their impact on IT governance and controls.
