Responsibilities and duties

• Create exceptional packaging designs for the in-box experience, including designing across all private label ingredients and the outer box.
• Create designs for print marketing materials, such as pull-up banners, flyers, posters, event collateral, etc.
• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
• Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
• Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams, including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
• Work closely with third-party production houses and print partners: offer creative consultations, recommend paper and material solutions, and maintain and enforce the quality of files.
• Uphold the brand identity guidelines.
• Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA degree in advertising / multimedia arts / industrial design / any design-related degree required
• 4+ years of experience working in an in-house creative/advertising agency required.
• 2+ years of experience in packaging design
• 2+ years of experience in digital design
• Solid experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Understanding of the print world, CMYK, and Pantone. And experience in creating technical drawings, instructions, and specification packs.
• Understanding of the digital world - Social Media, Onsite Banners, Google Banners, EDMs, Landing Pages/Homepage banners, etc.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines.
• Working as a graphic/packaging designer on food and beverage is a major plus.
• Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
• Organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling
• Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
