Description
The Senior Graphic Designer combines creativity with leadership skill to deliver impactful brand’s visual communication that effectively engages target audiences.
This role will also create a wide variety of graphic assets for use in everything from social media and develop new visual concepts within the existing visual framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a diverse range of products, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
- Navigate brand guidelines with creativity, proposing new design trends and ideas to elevate our brand presence.
- Collaborate with the production teams to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing, and printing considering requirements, materials, and environmental impact.
- Design functional and appealing packaging that enhances product value and customer experience.
- Create marketing and sales materials, including flyers, posters, displays, and banners, to support promotional efforts.
- Utilise advanced 2D/3D design skills to produce engaging visuals and realistic product mock-ups.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and meet project objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strategic goals.
- Manage all design and visual records and versions to ensure a comprehensive and organised design library, facilitating easy access and reuse of assets.
