We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google’s advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate understands how to operate within compliance-restricted environments and is comfortable managing large-scale budgets, complex targeting strategies, and high-performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Execute compliant strategies within industry-specific ad policy guidelines.
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
• Monitor platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats or features.

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in regulated verticals.
• Proven ability to manage performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, Quality Score, and audience targeting.
• Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, or Video) preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Comfortable navigating compliance-sensitive ad environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
