Responsible for backend system development and performance optimization in the finance/blockchain sector.

Organize the formulation and implementation of technical decisions and solutions, design and upgrade the organizational structure, proactively identify and resolve system issues, be responsible for the construction of relevant technical documentation, and actively and promptly support business requirements.

3 years or more of experience in Golang, with a degree in Computer Science or a related field

Familiarity with underlying technologies such as blockchain, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts

Understanding of the economic models of leading projects in the DeFi industry

Proficient in Golang basic data structures, goruntime principles, and familiar with gRPC and microservices development

Knowledgeable in Redis and local cache framework technologies

Familiar with TCP/IP and HTTP protocols, inter-process communication, and common architectural design methods in Unix/Linux

Understanding of Unix/Linux operating system principles and proficient in using shell tools

Familiar with databases such as MySQL and SQL optimization, with strong communication skills with business personnel, as well as problem analysis and resolution capabilities.
