Familiar with the fundamental principles and models of common blockchain technologies (BTC/ETH, etc.), as well as smart contracts and standards (ERC20, ERC721). 4. Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of effective collaboration with cross-departmental teams. 5. Proactive work ability. 6. Familiarity with the blockchain industry and cryptocurrency exchanges; candidates with experience in blockchain nodes, wallets, and smart contract development are preferred.
