1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or related fields.

2. Over 3 years of technical development experience in the internet, software, or IT-related fields, with at least 3 years of project management experience in the cryptocurrency or brokerage software sector.

3. Proficient in software project process management, with practical application experience and a deep understanding of agile project management.

4. Possess a strategic perspective and the ability to effectively control the achievement of project objectives.

5. Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, highly responsible, proactive, resilient under pressure, and capable of rapid learning and adapting to fast changes.

6. Strong communication, interaction, and organizational skills, with excellent teamwork spirit.

7. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant qualifications such as PMP, IPMP, PRINCE2, or ScumMaster certification.
