Job Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for the solution design and actual development of the company's self-developed products, producing relevant documentation.

 

Continuously iterate on the company's products, refactoring and optimizing as needed to achieve high performance, high concurrency, and high availability.

 

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality and progress of work task delivery.

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of development experience, proficient in JAVA development technologies.

 

Good English reading skills, familiar with Amazon AWS cloud service products.

 

In-depth understanding of mainstream development frameworks, including SpringMVC, SpringBoot, Feign, Mybatis, etc.

 

Proficient in MySQL, NoSQL databases, and common file storage, with rich experience in SQL optimization.

 

Familiar with the principles of middleware such as Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, and able to apply them appropriately based on requirements.

 

Familiar with distributed and high-concurrency system architecture, practical development experience in Socket communication, and strong performance optimization capabilities.

 

Familiar with ElasticSearch development, with experience in actual development of search/recommendation systems.

 

Understanding of common design patterns, mastery of object-oriented programming principles with practical application experience, and some insights and hands-on experience in system architecture design.

 

Passion for programming, excellent logical thinking, communication skills, learning ability, and team spirit.

 

Passionate about technology, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience in designing large and medium-sized distributed system architectures.

 

Experience in securities trading, large information platforms, or web3 product development.
