• Implements the group’s strategies to support income and volume growth:
• Establishes local presence with Branch Managers (BMs), Relationship Managers (RMs), and branch staffs for distribution of treasury solutions;
• Partners with the local areas through various initiatives;
• Assists the branches in keeping a high ethical standard by guiding and suggesting alternative compliant solutions applicable to the client need;
• Ensures targets are met with a balanced expense management in order to maximize performance return.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics course
• SEC Fixed Income Salesman or Certified Treasury Professional
• Proficient in financial markets or capital markets, FX and FI regulatory environment, trading conventions and ethics
• Highly analytical
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation, organization and coordination skills
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
