Financial Analyst

We are growing and want to add a Financial Analyst member to our team!

• Record, track, and analyze company financial transactions
• Employee Payroll Onboarding
• Documenting, categorizing, and storage of all transaction details
• Creating financial reports & analysis
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards
• Fact-checking accounting data
• Implement new standards, guidelines, and practices
• Report and correct accounting errors
• Record financial transactions
• Tracking payroll data & closely working with payroll team
• Daily accounts reconciliation & balances report

• 4 Year Degree in Accounting / BS Accountancy
• 2 - 4 years experience in the field of accounting
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
• Preferably tech or startup company experience
