About the Company:

  • Our client is an established and reputable company based in Bataan. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Finance Department Head to lead the finance team and drive financial strategies.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a Finance Department Head to oversee the financial operations of the company. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing budgeting processes, accounts receivable, financial forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and financial analysis skills with experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Financial Strategy: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the finance department team, ensuring efficient operations and performance.
  • Monthly & Annual Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Predict and manage financial outcomes, handle cash flows, and request additional funding as needed.
  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and financial data.
  • Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis between target and actual financial results regularly.
  • Fund Management & Collections: Ensure the timely collection of accounts and manage client fund allocations.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Oversee the completion of necessary accreditations, including bank and Pag-ibig

Persyaratan

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior finance position, preferably in industries such as real estate or similar.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Expertise in accounting ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
