Description

  • Responsible for receiving user inquiries and addressing concerns through online customer service tools.
  • Promptly relay user feedback on issues, ensuring effective collection and organization of problems.
  • Possess strong business acumen and be able to grasp basic operations after training. Knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency are preferred.
  • Adaptable to shift work, including day and night shifts.
