Requirements

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, effective teamwork, public speaking, sales training, and sales management skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, train new staff, and drive sales.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, excellent communication, motivation, and a passion for fashion.
