Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategically run monthly numbers and deal forecasts with the ASEAN Head of Technology.
  • Strategically organize and manage the calendar of the ASEAN Head of Technology (meetings, events, and tasks) to optimize the ASEAN Head of Technology's time, keep productivity on track, and clearly do minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in and manage cross-departmental communication.
  • Provide administrative support for the executives’ travel, including travel arrangements, accommodation, preparation of expense reports, etc.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Manage and oversee office management including but not limited to office operations, office supplies inventory, procurement, and restocking, and liaise with vendors and/or service providers for the office equipment, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide general administrative support


Required Skills:

  • Has Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Administration or a similar discipline
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Has excellent time management skills and has the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Has problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
