Description

Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and executive leaders.
Efficiently manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and arranging travel when needed.
Act as a liaison between executives and various internal and external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Support finance- and operations-related administrative tasks, such as budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor coordination.
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion ahead of deadlines.
Support organizational planning, special projects, and company events as needed.
Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication (both written and verbal), time management, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, assist with projects, and maintain records.
