Description

Event Management:

  • Lead and manage all events and new store set-up processes, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, making sure all tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
  • Oversee event logistics, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and monitoring operations during the event.


Ingress and Egress Management:

  • Lead the Ingress and Egress activities, involving the team to ensure the efficient flow of people, materials, and supplies during events.


Vendor Coordination:

  • Negotiate with vendors, manage relationships, and oversee contracts to ensure service delivery aligns with event requirements.
  • Create detailed event proposals, manage the event budget, and handle vendor communications.


Event Monitoring:

  • Carefully monitor and oversee event execution, ensuring all activities are running smoothly.
  • Solve any issues that arise during the event to ensure things stay on track.


Team Leadership:

  • Manage teams effectively throughout the planning and execution of events, providing guidance and ensuring proper coordination


Fieldwork & Travel:

  • Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork as required for event set-up and operations.


Communication & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of events and their outcomes.


Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.


Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in event management or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Docs for event planning and documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for dealing with vendors, clients, and teams.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenges during events.

  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality events.
  • Ability to think quickly and resolve problems effectively during events.


Flexibility & Availability:
