About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Specialist fluent in both English and Chinese to support our technical, educational, and consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent bilingual communication skills, and the ability to create, review, and translate complex engineering content for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and localize engineering documents, technical manuals, academic papers, and educational materials between English and Chinese
• Develop and review bilingual technical content, including research reports, project documentation, and training materials across various engineering disciplines
• Assist in engineering consulting, project management, and client communication in bilingual environments
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, educators, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and linguistic clarity
• Conduct bilingual training sessions, seminars, or workshops in engineering topics
• Perform market and technical research in both English and Chinese contexts and prepare detailed reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields)
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Solid technical knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and practices
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and translation skills in both languages
• Ability to clearly communicate complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
