Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- At least 2 years working experience in related field
- Proven experience in industrial construction project supervision or engineering.
- Strong understanding of commercial building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Such as Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Etc.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knows how to handle multiple subcontractors.
Requirements
- Must be licensed
