Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience and drive conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and improved engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling email copy and visuals that resonate with our audience.
  • A/B test different elements of campaigns, such as subject lines, content, and layouts, to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Manage and maintain the email marketing database to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the integration of email marketing tools with other marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email design (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
