Description

  • Ensuring the order-to-shipment process runs smoothly.
  • Coordinating with the warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery.
  • Processing orders/purchases from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) or the company website.
  • Providing real-time information to customers regarding order/shipment status.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level of high school/vocational school or equivalent
  • Proficient in marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop) and tools such as Seller Center.
  • Creative & detail-oriented (for promotional content and product management).
  • Good communication skills (coordination with creative teams, suppliers, or influencers).
  • Willing to monitor outside of working hours (especially during major events/campaigns).
