• Customer Chat Support across all HATASU E-Commerce Platforms (Lazada, Shopee & TikTok Shop)

• Managing Order Return/Refund and Replacement across all HATASU E-Commerce Platforms (Lazada, Shopee & TikTok Shop)

• Maintaining Store Health across all HATASU E-Commerce Platforms 

• Analyzing Customer feedback and Platform analytics to identify service and product issues

• Developing design briefs for E-Commerce Platforms’ Store Declarations (for Mega and Payday Sales)

• Developing and Updating Product Display Pages for all products

• Develop Photoshoot shot list and briefing for new E-Commerce Products

• Inventory Management for E-Commerce Products (In coordination with Sir Mathew Lim)

• Oversee Lazada FBL (Fulfillment by Seller) Inbounding of E-Commerce Products

• Coordinating the following with the dedicated warehouse staff for E-Commerce:

      • Order Processing / Packing

      • Courier Pick Up

      • Order Drop-Offs

• Order Returns for Quality Checking

• Coordinating with E-Commerce Consultant (Ryan Hongkiat) 

• Daily Orders Report

• Upcoming E-Commerce Platforms’ Sales and Campaigns

• Product Pricing and other E-Commerce Concerns

• Coordinating with Brand Supervisor all E-Commerce Communication Materials for Posting on Social Media (Mega Sale, Payday Sale, etc.)

• Processing Payments for E-Commerce Expenses

• Monthly Service Fees for Cosmos Digital

• Monthly Top Up for E-Commerce Keywords Ads

• Updating E-Commerce Monitoring Sheet

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• Flexible and fast learner and attentive to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• High computer literacy
