Description

  • 弊社が運営するシェアハウスの管理業務をお任せします。
  • 主な仕事内容は下記です。基本的にオフィスワークがメインになります。

  • ・家賃等の入金確認
  • ・データ入力
  • ・鍵の管理
  • ・電話対応
  • ・契約業務
  • ・設備等に不具合があった際の業者手配

  • 上司＆先輩が「入居者対応の仕方」「物件管理業務の流れ」などをわかりやすくレクチャーします。
  • ときにはおやつを食べたり世間話をしたりしながら仕事をしていて、気軽に質問＆相談できる環境です。

    • Requirements

  • 給与
  • 月給 220,000円 ～ 300,000円
  • ※上記額にはみなし残業代（月30時間分、43,200円分）を含みます。超過分は全額支給します
  • ※試用期間は1~3ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態は契約社員です。
  • ※試用期間中は月給21万円（みなし残業代月20時間分、2万8400円分を含む）

  • 10時〜19時(休憩1時間)
  • 実労働時間:8時間
