Description

  • Processing Payments: Prepare, review, and process disbursement vouchers, checks, and other payment transactions in a timely manner.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all disbursements and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.
  • Bank Transactions: Coordinate with banks for check payments, fund transfers, and other financial transactions.
  • Petty Cash Management: Oversee petty cash fund disbursements, replenishments, and reconciliations.
  • Budget Monitoring: Ensure disbursements are within the allocated budget and company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payments comply with internal policies, tax regulations, and government requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on disbursement activities and assist in financial audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiar with Zero accounting program
