Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any user issues or inquiries related to HubSpot implementation and usage.
  • Optimize HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and other marketing assets to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize HubSpot lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs to maximize the effectiveness of inbound campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, technologies, and certifications, and recommend new strategies and tools as necessary
  • Communicate regularly with direct reports and team to provide updates on campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with the company goals.
  • Work closely with the client and his/her account team lead to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are met, and commitments are delivered in the best quality standard
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve Client issues/concerns regarding the projects; Coordinate and provide a response and/or solutions; and do basic QA for best practices.
  • Create Process Documentation related to HubSpot implementations, improvements, and best practices for the client

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management, Mass Media, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of work experience with strong project management qualities and potential to lead.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inbound marketing using the HubSpot platform for different clients
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's marketing automation, lead management, and CRM functionalities.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with integration testing and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and experience in working with digital projects, such as websites, EDM, landing pages, and social media.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable HubSpot solutions.

  • reat interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Can work a hybrid set-up on from Mondays to Fridays.
