Job Scope:

• Provides assistance to the Design Manager regarding transactions of the department
• Regularly reviews the submitted plans of consultants to make sure the accuracy of designs
• Monitoring and assessing the turnover of responses coming from consultants and must ensure the completeness and workability of RFIs, bulletins, and shop drawings.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Architecture; preferably PRC license holder
• With at least 1 years of experience relevant to the role. Preferably with experience in handling complex projects
• Knowledgeable with the use of different soft wares such as REVIT/BIM, CAD, and Navisworks

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
