Description

The Associate in Deals Strategy works with an extended team to solve problems creatively for our clients. The type of work that we do covers Strategy, Commercial Due Diligence, and Value Creation.


We work with our major clients who are strategic investors or private equity firms, both local and foreign, to maximize the upside of their business decisions, and minimize their downside. The projects that we have done include mergers and acquisitions, commercial due diligence, industry due diligence, location study, competitor benchmarking, feasibility studies and business plan creation, market entry strategy, and commercial analysis.


Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of a university degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Has initiative - can lead self and others.
  • Takes ownership of work and is willing to be held accountable for output.
  • Manages deadlines and expectations of other team members, and clients.
  • Has a bias for action.
  • Willing to learn with a basic knowledge of business.
  • Familiar with the Philippines economy and business landscape.

  • Able to grow and learn with exposure to more challenging work and projects.
  • Resourceful in solving problems creatively.
  • Performs research using online tools and in person work.

  • Collaborates with other team members and clients in defining problems and assessing the proper questions to ask.
