Description
- Responding to inbound customer calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' inquiries and concerns
- Identifying and escalating complex issues that require further assistance
- Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering a high level of customer service at all times
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with customer service call centre operations or experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Willing to work in a day shift schedule
