We are looking for Data & Business Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. Data & Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.

Position To Fill: One

What You'll Do

Design and Automate Reports: Build automated, scalable reporting solutions and key business metrics using Python, SQL, and AWS QuickSight.
Data Strategy & Governance: Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and security across multiple data sources, helping establish and enforce best practices in data management.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights
Data Integration & ETL Pipelines: Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources, including ad platforms, customer databases, and web analytics.
Dashboard & Visualization Development: Design interactive dashboards and real-time reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Make conclusions from your analysis, present your results, and advocate for proposed next steps to key decision makers.
Monitor and audit data quality to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Mentor & Train: Provide guidance to junior analysts on best practices for SQL querying, data visualization, and report automation.

What You Need To Qualify

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field.
1-2 years of experience with AWS Quicksight
Proficiency in SQL and Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries).
Experience with AWS services (QuickSight, Athena, Redshift, Glue, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders and drive data-informed decisions.
Ability to work with large datasets and conduct complex data analysis.
Experience with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as a Database Administrator is a plus
