Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain Project Management. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate with Supply Chain Project Managers for project related subjects, i.e. PIR setup, FA PR/PO placement. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, proficiency in data handling, and the ability to visualize data effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain Project Managers to implement project related tasks, i.e. Purchase Infor Record Setup, First Article PR/PO Generation
- Co-ordinate with Project Managers to make assessment on inventory and PO placement to streamline the new source cut-in & impact analysis
- Support on New Program readiness, drive vendor set up, source identification, regional transfer readiness, FA delivery, FAIR approval status and localization qualification mapping
- Follow through RFQ sourcing selection, RFQ pricing harmonization and Agile SCR notification
- Monitor Source Change management and deviation, drive timely execution of supplier source change and ECN
- Maintain AVL compliance by product
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Requirement:
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on compliance-related data analysis.
- Proficiency in data handling, manipulation, and cleansing techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Exposure to the Semiconductor domain is good to have.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in supply chain management or manufacturing industries is a plus.
