Responsibilities:

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure security and compliance throughout IAM/IGA projects.
• Create comprehensive documentation for IAM/IGA solutions and processes.
• Generate reports for stakeholders on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Work with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate IAM/IGA solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (10 years+) in IAM/IGA roles focusing on designing & implementing IAM/IGA solutions, and managing IAM/IGA Operations
• Preferably with at least three (3) years of experience in IT consulting/advisory services
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams; IAM/IGA Engineers and/or Consultants
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA best practices, security and compliance requirements, and experience with other IAM/IGA technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On, PAM, and Multi-Factor authentication (MFA)
• Preferably with hands-on experience in SailPoint, CyberArk and Azure Active Directory
• Leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably has at least one of the following certifications:
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Identity Access Manager (CIAM)
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) certifications from recognized vendors – SailPoint, CyberArk and Azure
