Description

A customer support specialist's job is to help customers with issues or questions about a company's products or services. They work to ensure customers have a positive experience, and to help the company maintain and improve its customer relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Answering inquiries: Respond to customer questions by phone, email, chat, or social media 
  • Resolving issues: Identify problems, analyze information, and provide solutions 
  • Providing information: Offer product or service information, and explain features and functionalities 
  • Gathering feedback: Listen to customer feedback and reviews, and use it to improve products and services 
  • Maintaining records: Keep track of customer interactions and account information 
  • Collaborating with others: Work with sales teams and other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service 
  • Contributing to policies: Help develop customer service policies 

Skills 

  • Communication: Be able to clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
  • Problem-solving: Be able to quickly identify issues and provide solutions
  • Patience: Be able to handle difficult customer cases
  • Empathy: Be able to understand and relate to customers
  • Multitasking: Be able to handle multiple tasks at once


Requirements

  • 2 years of BPO experience in international e-commerce
  • College graduate in any field
