Hello! Our company is looking for a Customer Service VA.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing system
  • Respond to inquiries via live chat/email (chat support)
  • Address customer questions about discounts, order combines, refunds, or replacements


Product: Sports Equipment


Tools: Zendesk


Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible hours


Rate: $4/hr

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Relevant experience in managing ticketing systems or handling chat/email support
