Description
- Handle and resolve client inquiries regarding financial accounts, transactions, and asset management.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Monitor client accounts for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as needed.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support onboarding and training of junior client service staff when needed.
Requirements
- High School/SHS Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services or wealth asset management within a BPO setting
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Can start ASAP
