Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client loyalty
Requirements
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Willing to work onsite for the training
- Willing to work on a night shift
- Can start ASAP
