- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer complaint management.
- Can consider: Cannot be lower than 1 year experience, with retention background
- Compensation Package: 28,000
- Morning shift on rotating schedule
- Excellent communication skills
