Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
- Document interactions in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma/ALS Graduate/College graduate/College Undergraduate
- Experience Level: 6 mos international bpo experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, eagerness to learn, and compliance with company policies.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require sitting for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
