- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers through phone, email, or chat; resolve inquiries; maintain customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Understand and promote company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company policies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require weekends or evenings.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a team.
