Description
- With experience as CSA (Mobile phone products)
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist in product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call centre operations, back office support, effective sales pitching and closure techniques, and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, manage sales processes, and support backend operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may involve shift scheduling.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-oriented mindset.
