Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide support, assist with back office tasks, upselling and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, knowledge of Salesforce, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with call center duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, effective communicator, and team-oriented.
