We are hiring a full time Customer Service Associate role in Taguig, NCR to perform a variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to customers.

Customer service representative will work to find new sales leads through Developers, Contractors, Business directories, Major Corporations, Existing clients, Referrals, etc.

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Resolves client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending in house training.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and client sales.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

  • Preferably graduate of any 4 – year course; Graduate of Marketing/Business Management /Business Administration
  • Background in customer service associate is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel) and presentation skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
