Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Davao City.

What does a CSR do?

  • A customer service representative (CSR) helps build a relationship between a business and its customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving complaints: 

Provide information

  • CSRs provide information about products and services. They may also offer products and services. 

Answer questions

  • CSRs listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. They may do this via phone, email, social media, or chat. 

Resolve complaints

  • CSRs address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. They may provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 

Process requests

  • CSRs take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. They may also handle returns or replacements. 

Maintain customer accounts

  • CSRs review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary. They may also update customer information. 

Maintain records

  • CSRs keep records of customer interactions. They may also process customer accounts and file documents. 
  • Some skills that are useful for customer service representatives include: 
  • Empathy, Problem solving, Communication, Active listening, Technical knowledge, Patience, Tenacity, and Adaptability.

Requirements

  • Applicants should at least be high school graduates to apply.
  • Applicants should have at least 1 year of BPO Experience to apply
  • Applicants should be available to start ASAP
